The Community

Summerwind Trails East Association is a newly-built community in Calimesa, CA. The Summerwind community will have a total of 633 single family homes at time of completion, and will offer homes within five residential villages with mindful designs to blend into its natural area of the land.

These new homes feature comfortable and energy-efficient living spaces, with both indoor and outdoor areas ideal for entertaining and family time.

Location

Located in the city of Calimesa, CA, Summerwind Trails East is in the San Gorgonio Pass between San Bernardino and Palm Springs, just south of I-10. An elevation at about 2,400 feet, residents can enjoy cooler summers, scenic views, and an active lifestyle. The higher elevation provides the community a welcoming escape from the intense heat of the desert communities 30 miles to the east.

According to the Calimesa’s city website, The City of Calimesa is “dedicated to remaining a community that honors its beautiful natural setting through open space preservation, wildlife corridors, and extensive trail systems, as well as enriching the quality of life for Calimesa through sensitive planning that creates increased business activity, local jobs, new parks, and schools.”
